Sandra Bullock to File for Divorce

It seems that there will be no looking back for Sandra Bullock, as radaronline.com reports that the Academy Award best actress winner is determined to divorce cheating husband Jesse James. According to the celebrity news Web site, Bullock has begun preparing documents needed to file for divorce.

If indeed Bullock seeks divorce, James would get no money from her as the couple has a prenuptial agreement. Under the agreement, James will get no financial compensation if the marriage is dissolved due to his infidelity. With the likes of Michelle “Bombshell” McGee and several others going public with their alleged trysts with James, proving the infidelity angle appears to be a breeze for Bullock.

James recently volunteered to enter an Arizona rehab to treat sex addiction, but cut his stint short after Bullock reportedly refused to answer his phone calls. Sources say James ‘ recent actions have only given Bullock more reasons to end their marriage.
