Megan Fox Says No to Lara Croft Role

The dream of every hot-blooded male to see  Megan Fox in tight short, shorts and fitting tops shooting it out with bad guys might not come true as showbizspy.com reports that the sexy actress has turned down an offer to play Lara Croft in the next Tomb Raider film.

According to the report, Fox passed on Lara Croft to kill the seemingly endless comparison between her and original Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie. Sources quoted by showbizspy.com said “the offer has been on the table for Megan for a while but she’s reluctantly turned it down.”

The 23-year-old Fox, who rose to fame after appearing in the “Transformers” movies, has been constantly compared to Jolie. Fox has been trying to move away from the Jolie connection, saying that all that comparing is just really a way for the media to put her in a “box.” “The media has to package you and sell you somehow…for some reason they latched on to the Angelina thing because I have a lot of tattoos.”
