Anna Paquin: I’m Bisexual

Anna Paquin is bisexual and she gives a damn. The “True Blood” star revealed her true sexuality in a public service announcement for the True Colors Fund, which promotes equality for members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) community. In the PSA to air beginning today, Paquin declares: “I’m Anna Paquin. I’m bisexual, and I give a damn.”

The PSA is part of True Colors’ Give a Damn campaign, which also features other celebrities like Elton John, Kim Kardashian, Cynthia Nixon, Jason Mraz, Whoopi Goldberg, and Kelly Osbourne, among others. According to sources, most of the people who were with Paquin when the ad was taped in January were surpised when she revealed her bisexuality.

The 27-year-old Paquin is engaged to her “True Blood” co-star Stephen Moyer although details about their wedding have yet to be released. Moyer, who is more than ten years her senior, proposed in August last year.
